I listen to your words, your silences, and notice how you’re being about what you’re sharing. I ask questions. I don’t give advice or hand you a blueprint. I trust you as the expert in your own life.

Coaching with me is spacious, honest, and sometimes my questions may feel a little spicy. (Often the case when we touch on a long-held pattern or story.)

It’s space for you to hear yourself think, speak the unspoken, and meet yourself with more honesty.

We might laugh. You might cry. You might leave feeling clearer, lighter, or a little rocked (but in a good way).
