About Me

A woman with short, platinum blonde hair leaning against a large rocky cliff near a body of water.

Hi, I’m Kristin.

I’m a coach, a truth-teller, and someone who’s always had a knack for seeing the thing under the thing.

I work with thoughtful, intuitive people who’ve done the inner work, read the books, named their patterns... and still feel like something’s missing, stuck, or unspoken.

Coaching with me isn’t about advice or performance.

It’s not a pep talk, a fix, or a plan.

It’s a space to lovingly stop bullshitting yourself in the gentlest, fiercest way possible.

A space where something real shifts. Not because I tell you what to do, but because something in you finally gets heard.

My Coaching Background

  • I’m an ICF-certified coach, trained and assessed to meet the highest standards in ethics, skill, and presence.

  • Trained in ontological coaching (focused on how you’re being, not just what you’re doing).

  • We explore what’s beneath the surface: the beliefs, stories, language, and patterns shaping your experience.

  • This work doesn’t push. It reveals.

Experience + Training

  • My background includes over a decade in user experience and storytelling.

  • I lead women’s circles and co-lead women’s circle leadership training.

  • I’ve completed Level 1 of Carmen Spagnola’s Therapeutic Helper Training, a trauma-sensitive training weaving attachment, somatics, and justice.

  • I’m currently in Authentic Relating training, and I regularly attend (and love) local AR games nights. These practices keep me present, curious, and connected — to myself and others.

  • I’ve been a committed member of a powerful weekly women’s circle for over two years.

  • I volunteer with Sidewalk Talk, because I believe being heard can change a person, and being present can change a culture.

The human behind the coach

Woman with short platinum blonde hair smiling slightly, standing outdoors among tall pampas grass, wearing a gray top, black jacket, and a black and gray scarf.

I’m a white, cis woman, settler-Canadian and half Norwegian, living and working on the unceded territories of the Lekwungen-speaking peoples, in what’s now known as Victoria, BC. I identify as neurotypical and bring my commitment to intersectional awareness and justice into how I work and how I live.

I name these parts of my identity because they shape how I move through the world, how I hold space, and how I continue to learn.

I’m a mom to two incredible, sensitive, deeply silly twins. Reparenting myself while showing up for them has cracked me open in the best ways.

I’m married to a gifted executive coach and incredible dad. Between parenting and work, we often only get five minutes to connect. That’s just enough time to reflect, reset, and crack a joke about nervous system regulation.

I’ve been known to stop conversations to point out awesome dogs. I love dogs. I don’t have a dog. I should get a dog.

I feel a pull to the land in Norway, like a faraway love that stirs something deep.

I studied Psychology and Sociology in undergrad, but my curiosity about why we do what we do started long before then. I’ve been asking big questions since I was a wee one.

I love a so-weird-it-works metaphor. And I have an oddly strong sense of direction.

When something inspires me — a song, a book, a meal, an idea — I’m passionate about sharing it. That’s one of my love languages.

I could probably recite seasons 3–9 of The Simpsons in my sleep. (Conan-era. The good stuff.)

Did you seriously read all of that? Oof. Thank you. Love that you’re still with me. Maybe we should talk.

Let’s connect.

If something here feels like a yes — even a quiet one — follow it.
That’s often how real change starts.
With a small yes.
Let’s see where it leads.
